What are your production hours?

• Production hours are from 7 am to 12 am (midnight)

What are your shipping hours?

• We are open for shipping and receiving, 5 days per week. Our shipping department closes at 11:00 pm on Friday and opens at 7am on Monday morning. Alternate arrangements can be made with Customer Service if needed. 

Do you have capacity?

• Yes! We have several capacity expansion capabilities at our disposal, including filling capacity within existing production hours, expanding capacity within existing production hours, and expanding production hours into weekends.

How long have you been in business?

• JEMS Coating has been in business since 1981. Previously engaged in vinyl & nylon dip and high volume production powder coating (no longer available). JEMS Coating became focused on electrocoating when it opened at its present 86,000 square foot facility in 1999.

Do you do lot work?

• Although we are focused on high volume production off Blanket Purchase Orders, we do have spot buy and lot capabilities. Our typical minimum lot charge is typically $250
