We provide tri-cationic (Zn-Ni-Mn) zinc phosphating services for a multitude of purposes:

• Surface preparation for finishing (i.e. powder coating)

Our target coating weight is 2-2.5 g/sq. m. Parts are capable of drying in a process oven to ensure the removal of moisture.
